ethical business practices. All existing obligations, contracts, and business relationships remain valid under
Xeliance Power.
2. Acceptance of Terms
Your continued use of our website, communication with our team, or engagement in any project with
Xeliance Power constitutes your acceptance of these Terms. If you disagree with any clause
herein, you are requested to discontinue the use of our website and services immediately.
3. Scope of Services
Our services are tailored to each client and may include:
- Feasibility studies and conceptual design
- Detailed architectural and interior design
- Structural, MEP, and landscape coordination
- 3D visualization and presentation drawings
- Construction management and supervision
- Material selection and procurement assistance
- Turnkey project delivery (design + build)
Each project's scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment structure are specified in a separate
formal agreement signed between Xeliance Power and the Client.
4. Quotations, Proposals, and Contracts
All quotations and cost estimates are valid for a limited period (typically 30 days) unless otherwise
stated. The commencement of work shall only begin upon receipt of a signed agreement and initial
advance payment. Changes requested after signing may affect the overall cost and schedule; such
variations will be documented and approved in writing through a Change Order.
5. Payments and Billing
- Advance Payment: A non-refundable advance, typically 10–30% of the total
project value, is required to initiate work.
- Milestone Payments: Subsequent payments are tied to project milestones.
- Payment Delays: Delayed payments may incur interest or as per contract terms.
- Taxes: All applicable taxes (GST or others) will be added to invoices as per
prevailing law.
- Mode of Payment: Bank transfer, cheque, or officially accepted methods.
Failure to make payments as per the agreed schedule may result in project suspension, delay, or
termination.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to:
- Provide accurate project data, such as site measurements and property documents
- Ensure uninterrupted site access for surveys, supervision, and work execution
- Obtain necessary local authority permissions (unless delegated to Xeliance Power)
- Review drawings, samples, and mockups within reasonable timelines to prevent delays
- Communicate design revisions in writing and acknowledge any cost or timeline impacts
7. Design Ownership and Intellectual Property
All concept drawings, 3D visualizations, blueprints, and documentation created by Xeliance Power
remain the intellectual property of the firm, even after project completion, unless otherwise
specified in the agreement. Unauthorized reproduction or use for other projects is strictly
prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Xeliance Power shall not be liable for:
- Losses caused by third-party vendors or material suppliers
- Indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business
- Damages arising from force majeure events such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government
restrictions
Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client under the specific contract.
9. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the agreement under the following conditions:
- By the Client: With written notice and payment for all work completed up to the
termination date.
- By Xeliance Power: Due to non-payment, breach of contract, unethical
behavior, or project infeasibility.
In either case, all intellectual property rights of unpaid work remain with Xeliance Power.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes
shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

Xeliance Power is organizing a promotional contest where participants have the opportunity to win
a 3 BHK residential flat measuring 1365 sq. ft., located at a prime location on
Main Sikar Road, Jaipur, valued at approximately ₹80,00,000.
The contest objective is to favor and support the environment by sourcing innovative, actionable, and
sustainable strategies to combat critical environmental issues, such as severe urban air pollution.
This is not a random selection or lottery; selection will be based strictly on the originality,
feasibility, and measurable impact of the proposed solution.
Participation Fees & Packages
Participants can enter the contest through one of the three available package tiers:
- Basic Entry (₹1,200): Grants a single entry slot and full eligibility to win any of the contest prizes.
- Standard Entry (₹2,000): Grants a single entry slot, full eligibility to win any of the contest prizes, plus guaranteed cashback equivalent benefits.
- Premium Entry (₹3,000): Grants a single entry slot, full eligibility to win any of the contest prizes, plus complete professional house drawings and architectural PDF plans.
- All fees are one-time payments and are completely non-refundable under any circumstances.
Eligibility
- Open to Indian residents aged 18 years and above.
- Employees, partners, and immediate family members of Xeliance Power are not eligible.
- Submissions must be entirely original work. Plagiarism will result in immediate
disqualification.
- Submissions must directly address a defined environmental problem and propose a concrete
intervention.
Prizes & Rewards
A total of 100 winners will be selected based on evaluation. The prize distribution is structured as follows:
- 1st Prize (1 Winner): Exclusive ownership of a Luxury 3BHK Flat in Jaipur (1365 sq. ft.).
- 2nd Prize (1 Winner): Exclusive ownership of a BMW Motorcycle.
- 3rd Prize (1 Winner): Premium Mystery Box worth up to ₹2 Lakh, including luxury electronics (like the latest iPhone, Dyson Hair Dryer) and makeup/skincare products from d'Alba, MAC, Laneige, and Beauty of Joseon.

Judging & Review Process

9. Termination of Services
Xeliance Power may modify, extend, or cancel the contest if required. Any updates will be posted

Disqualification
Participants providing incorrect information, violating rules, or attempting fraudulent activities
may be disqualified without refund.
Liability
Xeliance Power is not responsible for technical errors, payment failures, or unforeseen issues
that may affect participation.
